This island’s high quality distilleries have bloomed in popularity on the world stage in recent years, with whiskey distillers like Sullivan's Cove frequently snatching prestigious national and global awards.
Australian distillers, including Tasmania’s own Lark Distillery, have been giving back to the community during these challenging times by producing hand sanitiser when there’s been global shortfalls.
The Greens warmly congratulate Tasmanian distillers on all they have achieved, producing high quality, world renowned spirits. We also thank them for their contribution to the Tasmanian economy, and in the state’s hardest times, our community.
