Pauline Hanson a Threat to Cadbury Jobs

One Nation Senator, Pauline Hanson, has launched a disgraceful social media attack on Cadbury's Hobart workers with her call on supporters to boycott Cadbury Easter eggs.

The Senator's fondness for racial vilification and for sowing fear and loathing in the community has reached a new low.

There are 1,100 hardworking Tasmanians employed at Cadbury's Claremont factory.  Senator Hanson's call for a boycott on Cadbury's, because they Halal certify their chocolate, is a threat to those jobs.

She should apologise to Cadbury's Tasmanian workers but given her track record, we know that is unlikely.

If One Nation does decide to run candidates in the upcoming State Election, we will make sure Tasmanian voters are left in no doubt about the Party's vilification of Muslim Tasmanians and complete lack of regard for Tasmanian workers.

It is my hope that instead of boycotting Cadbury's, Tasmanian voters boycott One Nation should they contest seats at the next election.  The Party has nothing to offer Tasmania.
