Ms WOODRUFF question to MINISTER for POLICE, FIRE and EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT, Mr HIDDING

The Greens' alternative budget funds staff and equipment to conduct pill testing at festivals and other events in Tasmania.  The evidence shows it will keep our young people safe from harmful drugs and it has the support of the Police Association.  Will you support this preventative health reform to keep our young people safe?

ANSWER

Madam Speaker, that question shows the difference between the Tasmanian Greens and a responsible government for Tasmania.  This Government will not provide quality assurance for drug pushers.
