Ms O'CONNOR - Minister, we understand the Private Rental Incentives Program has been expanded to allow for up to 400 homes statewide. Can you tell us how many properties are in the program now and can you indicate where they're located? Of these homes across the state prior to going into the Private Rental Incentives Program, do you know how many were being used as short-stay accommodation and how many were existing rental stock? Is that not data you would have?

Mr BARNETT - That's a very specific and detailed question.

Ms O'CONNOR - I'm just trying to work out how much new rental stock is going into the system.

Mr BARNETT - We have the numbers for the Private Rental Incentives Program.

Ms O'CONNOR - Do you want me to put that on notice in the interests of time? I can give you the exact wording.

Mr BARNETT - Let’s check if the CEO or Jessemy Stone can assist, please.

Ms MORGAN-THOMAS - Some of those questions about where the homes are located and whether they were vacant properties to begin with we will have to take questions on notice. The other parts about the expansion of the program to 400 homes - it's an extension of the portfolio of 200 homes. It was extended by another period of time so it was 200 tenancies and 200 tenancies again. The portfolio is 200 and during that time we have assisted 523 people through the program.

Ms O'CONNOR - Thank you.

Ms MORGAN-THOMAS - It's an extension.

Mr BARNETT - I can break that down if you want the breakdown of the 523 into north, south and north west?

Ms O'CONNOR - Is it all right if we take that on notice? I don't mind, it's the same question. Ms Haddad is itching to ask a question and we are running out of time.

Mr BARNETT - I'm saying we have those numbers, south, north and north-west. It will only take 30 seconds to read them. There are 377 households assisted in the south, 68 households in the north and 78 households in the north-west.

CHAIR - Minister, in the interest of clarity we do have on this session until 4.05 p.m. so we have another 10 minutes on Housing.

Mr BARNETT - Thank you, Chair.
