Dr WOODRUFF - Dr Gumley, the annual report shows there has been a fine from the Environmental Protection Authority exacted on TasWater. That was the failure to notify the director within 24 hours after becoming aware of the release of a pollutant resulting from the Prince of Wales Sewage Treatment Plant incident in October last year. Can you please tell us how much the fine was and whether the issue has been identified and corrected, so it won't happen again?

Ms SYPKES - It think we have to take that on notice; I can't recall off the top of my head.

Mr BREWSTER - We'll get it for you. Typically, for that level of spill, probably somewhere between $1500 and $6000. We didn't get it right. We didn't report it within 24 hours. They took action and we understood that. We didn't oppose it. We've had another look at processes and we will continue to try to improve our processes when we don't get it right.
