Dr WOODRUFF (Franklin) - Madam Deputy Speaker, it is interesting listening to both Labor and Liberal members utterly failing their communities. It is sad to hear the tone of this debate, which totally misses the point that what is good for Tasmania is putting money into restorative justice.
Dr WOODRUFF (Franklin) - Madam Deputy Speaker, when we are talking about jobs in building and construction we have to look at the biggest construction project on the Government's horizon at the moment, which is the Bridgewater bridge.
Dr WOODRUFF (Franklin) - Mr Deputy Speaker, the Marine-related Incidents (MARPOL Implementation) Bill is a large amendment bill that will bring us into alignment with the Commonwealth requirements under the MARPOL Convention, the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships.
