However, we are proposing an amendment to deal with the issue Ms Dow was talking about in relation to the use of private land for cemeteries.

It is important that we update ourselves with the substantial changes that have happened since the original act of 1968, which was light years away in terms of the modes of communication and the modes of retail purchasing and the interactions between businesses and consumers that we have today.
