Amendment An Amendment was proposed to the Question by the Minister for Health after “forthwith” by inserting “and that debate on the motion be completed by 3:30p.m., that the Premier and the Leader of the Opposition shall speak for no longer than 40 minutes each and all other Members speak for no longer than 20 minutes each in speaking to the motion, and that immediately following a vote on the motion the House proceeds to Government Business.” |
