Amendment That the Bill be withdrawn and redrafted to repeal the Workplaces (Protection from Protesters) Act 2014 on the basis that the Principal Act to which the amendment bill relates is not constitutional, the amendment bill does not correct this unconstitutionality, and the unconstitutional Act should be struck from the statutes as soon as practicable. |
